We have seen a significant increase in the number of patients failing to attend for appointments, we understand this can sometimes be due to unforeseen circumstances but in the event that we are given enough notice we could offer these appointment to someone on our waiting list. From February 2022 if a patient fails to attend for 2 or more appointments then a charge of £20 may be issued and future appointments may not be made. Your co-operation with this matter is greatly appreciated.
